FAQ
HOW DO WE SECURE OUR WEDDING DATE WITH YOU?
To secure your wedding date with me as your photographer you will need to book my services and pay a deposit. My booking process involves a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit.
How long does it take to get our photos?
After your wedding I carefully select and edit each image to ensure the highest quality. Typically, you can expect your full gallery within 4 weeks. You have the option to pay a "rush fee" for getting your full album within 7 days of your wedding.
WHY IS YOUR WEBSITE IN ENGLISH, AND DO YOU SPEAK FINNISH OR SWEDISH?
My website is in English to reach a broader audience. I have served my clients over the years in English, Finnish and Swedish (my mother tongue) fluently. We can communicate in either of those languages throughout the entire process. Just let me know your language preference when you get in touch!
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 6–18 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season. If you've chosen your date it's always a good idea to get in touch as soon as possible to secure your spot. If your wedding is coming up soon, feel free to ask I may still have availability.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! I love photographing weddings both locally and at destination locations. Travel within my local area (Helsinki) is included. While weddings farther away require a travel fee. Contact me with your venue details for a personalized quote.
What happens if it rains?
Rain doesn't have to ruin your wedding photos. I'll help you make the most of the weather by finding beautiful indoor locations, covered areas or embracing the atmosphere with creative portraits. We will go over a plan B in our last meeting before the wedding if the forecast looks rainy.
What if we've never had professional photos taken before?
That's perfectly okay! Most of my couples have never been professionally photographed. My approach is relaxed and enjoyable helping you feel comfortable so your personalities and genuine emotions shine through.
